Polygon counts

MODCo believes in users deciding what users have in their game.  We're not going to police polycounts, but we will use a labelling system on-site to alert users on whether content will work on their computers so users can decide for themselves whether they want to risk high-poly content.  However, we will appreciate artists making a good attempt to include good low-poly alternatives in the same package when possible.  Our labeling guidelines are originally based on content that is included with the game, but they may be adjusted over time as technology generally becomes more powerful.

  2. These values are for the highest LOD present in the content.

Excellent: Follows closely with the highest polygon counts found in EA's content, and is suitable for use on all computers.
Good: Unlikely to cause any performance issues for most users.
Caution: Use caution on lower-end computers.
Warning: Best for use on more powerful higher-end computers.
