1. Starting at a lower MODlvl
We'll be starting our Studio Artists at MODlvl -20, then incrementing this up by 5 each month to repay that 20 point shortfall. Any MODlvl points you earn during the same period will be added on top. Our Premier Studio Artists start with a 15 point head-start and so will start at MODlvl -5. The percentages are what you will receive of basic rate pay. This is purely while we grow our base of customers and generate income, and by September, you will have the standard MODlvl plus any points you've earnt since added on top.

2. Making some payments later
We'll be starting out with a maximum budget that will be divide among all participating artists that month. Anyone whose earnings exceed that amount will have their pay held in a suspense account and paid at later dates to be agreed.
