ModCo Referral Scheme
We operate a referral scheme at ModCo that will help you earn more money using your socials and our content! The scheme is open to all our artists and influencers, and anyone else who has a large audience with which to share!
The scheme pays:
- $0.01 for every new person you bring to the site
- 20% of any subscription purchase they make (lifetime payment until the user cancels)
- And an extra 3% goes to the creator of the content you shared - whether that is yours or anybody else's
How it works
The scheme is simple:
- Each creation has a SHARE THIS MOD button - click this to generate your own unique share URL. You MUST use this button to create your sharable links, else it won't work.
- Paste the URL on your socials channels (or anywhere)
- When one of your viewers clicks your link and then purchases a subscription, you receive 20% of that purchase value
- And for everyone who signs up - whether or not they make a purchase - you receive our CPM payment of $0.01 per new signup!
- And the artist who created the content receives a further 3%
And the best of the scheme is:
- You continue to receive % bonus of purchase value on every payment the user makes for the lifetime of that subscription (ie until they cancel)
- You can share ANYBODY'S creations, not just your own - you will still get the bonus!
NOTE: you must always, always use the SHARE THIS MOD button. Merely copying the page URL in the browser address bar will NOT work.Are there limits on how much I can earn?
There are no limits! The more member signups and sales that result from your shares, the more you earn. You can share your URLs anywhere you like, as many times as you like! You can share everybody's work! You still get the bonuses (the creating artist gets a small bonus too).
How much can I make?
Initially, your earnings will be quite small, but as time passes and you reach more people, there is no limit to how much you could potentially earn as you grow your followers.
Your payment balance will be made in MODCoins that can be converted to cash. 100 MODCoins = $1
- Current subscription payment: $7.99
- Signup of a new member: $0.01
- Conversion in MODCoins is 799 coins
- 20% of $7.99 = $1.60 for every shared link sale - + a further $0.01 that you get for all new traffic
- 3% of $7.99 = $0.24 also goes to the creating artist of the shared content (whether that's the sharer or not)

Subscription prices are subject to change! You will receive % bonuses of current-day prices at the time of sale. Lower prices do mean more signups though, so the amount earned on the scheme will even out over time.
Where can I see my balance?
We're working on proper reports but, for now, your current coin balance is shown on your personal Vault page which can be found as a link under your user avatar on the site: https://www.modcollective.gg/account/vault. You might see two balances:
Paid coins are the coins you have earnt on the bonus scheme and these will be paid to you every quarter. All other coins are free coins that might have been gifted to you or picked up in other ways. These free coins can't be turned into cash, but can be gifted to other users on the site by clicking the SHARE button (for example: if you choose to run a competition or campaign and gift users coins with which they can unlock downloads)
How is payment made?
You will be able to cash out your MODCoins every quarter. If you're paid by us currently, or have been in the past, we will use the payment method we have on file for you. Otherwise, the payment will be made to you via PayPal or, if your country does not offer PayPal, Payoneer.
User refunds
Sometimes, users make payments by mistake and seek refunds. When this happens, any bonus payment that came to you from the bonus scheme will also be deducted from your balance. Refunds aren't common though, so it won't happen too often.
