How am I paid?

For Studio Artists, all payments are made in MODCoin equal to the payment rates we advertise.  One MODCoin = $0.01.  For example: if you earn $50, you will be paid 5,000 MODCoins.  You can then cash out your MODCoins for end-of-month payment (so you would convert your 5,000 points to $50 at no loss to you).  When you convert your coins to cash, you will then be able to request a withdrawal.  All withdrawals will be paid at the end of the calendar month via PayPal, Payoneer or Boosty.

Staff Artists will be paid at end of month by wire transfer direct to bank account.  Note that wire transfers, while almost immediate within the US, can take several days to a week internationally.  We will always do our best to wire money to you in good time, but we don't always have control over the processing speeds of banks.

Can I negotiate different pay and bonuses?

No.  We are purposefully keeping everybody here on identical rates.  There will be no secret agreements.  You're all here because you're top caliber, so no-one should be paid more or less than anyone else making the same type of content.  We want a system that is both fair and transparent, and where everyone has the same opportunities for growth.

Withdrawal fees

All payment gateways charge a fee for withdrawal.  This we'll deduct from the funds you withdraw, and will show them to you at the cash-out point so you can decide whether to withdraw at a later date.
